WARREN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE PARTNERS WITH BANKER’S ACADEMY TO OFFER TELLER TRAINING TO STUDENTS
(NEW YORK, NY) - October 15, 2009
Warren County Community College has recently partnered with Edcomm Banker’s Academy to offer teller training to students in its corporate and continuing education department. Take Charge! Achieving Teller Excellence will be hosted and maintained by Edcomm Banker’s Academy’s Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Link®.
Take Charge! Achieving Teller Excellence, from Edcomm Banker’s Academy, is a comprehensive program that gives tellers looking to obtain a job at a bank or further their careers the training they need to succeed. Take Charge! Achieving Teller Excellence provides an overview of the financial industry, prepares tellers to provide outstanding customer service, reviews the various products and services that the Bank offers, such as checking, savings, CDs, loans and IRAs, and teaches tellers how to process and settle transactions while being mindful of compliance issues that affect their work.
Testing, tracking, administration, reports and certification are easily accomplished through Learning Link®, Edcomm Banker’s Academy's full-featured LMS, which has an open architecture that builds on industry-standard SCORM and AICC compliance. Learning Link® maintains a complete record of every learning and administrative activity and offers a wide variety of customizable, real-time reports available both onscreen and in CSV formats for download and integration into any HR system.
